The Palestine Deposit Insurance Corporation (PDIC), in collaboration with the Palestinian Banking Institute (PBI), successfully organized a specialized training program for its staff, focusing on leadership and team building.
The program aimed to strengthen teamwork and effective communication among employees, thereby enhancing the Corporation’s overall efficiency and achievement of its objectives. Key goals of the training included developing leadership competencies, fostering creative problem-solving and strategic planning abilities, and nurturing professional resilience and adaptability.
The curriculum covered essential topics such as the foundations of effective teamwork, traits of successful teams, and the roles of various personality types within team structures. It also addressed the importance of maintaining a positive work environment and minimizing negativity through the development of constructive attitudes.
Mr. Loay Hawash, General Manager of PDIC, expressed his gratitude to the Palestinian Banking Institute for organizing the program and commended the quality of content delivered. He emphasized the Corporation’s commitment to ongoing staff development and pledged continued investment in professional training initiatives.
In a meeting with Mr. Akram Hamdan, Director General of the Palestinian Banking Institute, Mr. Hawash underscored the importance of institutional collaboration and expressed his aspirations for deeper, long-term cooperation between both entities.
